Pastor Larry Namucana
Ps. Namucana is an ordained minister in the Seventh-day Adventist Church. He completed his undergraduate from Helderberg College in 2012, earning a bachelor’s degree in theology. In 2021 He graduated from the Adventist International Institute of Advanced Studies (AIIAS) in the Philippines with a master’s degree in ministry (M. Min). Besides His work and academic pursuits,
Ps. Namucana is also a family man. He is married to my Khahliso and they have two sons, Neriah and Elnathan. Pastor enjoys spending time with family, friends, and relatives. He loves traveling and exploring new places. He also enjoys playing football, doing the 100 & 200m sprints, spending time with God in nature, reading, laughing, having lots of fun, and eating good food. He however especially cherishes leading men and women to Christ as his absolute joy.
Pastor’s favourite verse is Daniel 3:17 “If we are thrown into the blazing furnace, the God we serve is able to deliver us from it, and he will deliver us from Your Majesty’s hand.” (NIV). A favourite quote is “To know God is to love Him” (Ellen G. White).
Pastor Gift Mapuka
Ps. Gift Mapuka serves as an intern pastor in the Northern Conference of South Africa. He worked in the church as a Global Pioneer for 6 years, from 2011 to 2016. In 2015, he attended Solusi University in Zimbabwe to pursue his studies in Pastoral Ministry. He graduated in 2020 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Theology and a Diploma in Chaplaincy. He has been recently appointed to serve at Krugersdorp North Seventh-day Adventist Church.
From 2020 to 2024, Pastor Mapuka served in the NCSA as a Bible Worker under Sunnyside Church in Pretoria. He is married to his wife, Gladys Mapuka, and they have two children, Deictic and Destiny Mapuka.
Pastor Mapuka has a passion for Evangelism and church planting. In his free time, he enjoys gardening, watching soccer, and spending time with his family. He finds joy in seeing his family happy and values praying together as a family.
